Aslan at Cork Week.
My oh my, August is nearly over - and I still have a lot of reminiscing about this summer to get through!
Well, the weather was shocking... but you've got to make the most of it nonetheless. Here are my pics from the Aslan gig at ACC Bank Cork Week. I was surprised to get right up the front... so became very snap-happy! I thought it ws the best gig of the week that I saw. There is something about Aslan... even though they are largely doing the same show over and over again... even their choice of cover versions are the same as they were 20 years ago! But despite being on the road for what seems like nearly every night of the year, they always give 100%. They seem to genuinely love the Cork audience too. And the audience loves them right back!
