Mountains, crap weather and vegetables.

Well, the Banff Irish Mountain Film Festival was interesting last night.... not quite my cup of tea to watch people (and dogs!) climbing and/or jumping off mountains... but each to their own. It's a two day festival which continues tonight at 7.30pm in Boole 3 at UCC.
Speaking of which, does anyone find the UCC visitors' car park completely spooky after dark? Even worse in torrential rain, as was the case last night. Apparently there's going to be no let up with regard to the weather... brace yourself for a wet and blustery weekend in Cork. Remind me again why we live here???

This evening someone who doesn't eat vegetables is going to cook for me, a vegetarian! I am intrigued.... I'm sure it will be delicious anyway!
